We stand behind every MMY Adventure product with a clear, fair, and easy warranty for your peace of mind.
Warranty
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Warranty provides benefits in addition to the rights and remedies you may have under Australian consumer protection laws.

What is covered?
MMY Adventure will repair or replace (at our option) and at no cost to you, any defect in your caravan or towable tiny home that is caused by defective materials or workmanship in the construction or manufacturing process.
This coverage includes structural components, internal fit-outs, installed systems, and factory-installed electrical and plumbing fixtures unless otherwise specified.
Duration of this Warranty
Claims under this Warranty must be made within Twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.
Some components may carry individual manufacturer warranties; refer to “Supplied Components” below.
Warranty Registration
To activate this Warranty, the MMY Adventure Warranty Registration Form must be correctly completed at the time you collect your new caravan or tiny home and returned to the MMY Adventure Head Office.
What is covered?
MMY Adventure will repair or replace (at our option) and at no cost to you, any defect in your caravan or towable tiny home that is caused by defective materials or workmanship in the construction or manufacturing process.
This coverage includes structural components, internal fit-outs, installed systems, and factory-installed electrical and plumbing fixtures unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Registration

What is NOT covered by this warranty?
A defect will not be covered by this Warranty if it is due to:
Work carried out by anyone other than MMY Adventure or an Authorised Repair Agent.
The caravan or tiny home being used for purposes other than its designed use.
Modifications, customisations, or non-approved alterations.
Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
Failure to properly operate, maintain, or service the product in accordance with provided instructions.
Exposure to abnormal environmental conditions, including extreme temperature, moisture, fire, flood, pressure, or similar.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to impact damage, gravel or stone damage.
Water damage due to creek crossings, flooding, or submersion.
Excessive speed, overloading, or heavy impact.
Any consequential or indirect loss or damage is not covered by this Warranty.
Supplied Components
Materials, appliances, and components installed in the caravan or tiny home but not manufactured by MMY Adventure are not covered by this Warranty. They are covered under warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
These include but are not limited to:
Air conditioners
Awnings
Windows & blinds
Refrigerators & freezers
Stoves & ovens
Microwaves
Television
Suspension components
Toilet systems
Water pumps
Hot water units
Solar panels & inverters
Please note that warranty periods for supplied components vary by manufacturer.
Removal, reinstallation, or transport costs relating to supplied components for the purpose of a claim are not covered by this Warranty.
How to make a claim?
If you believe your caravan or towable tiny home has a defect covered under this Warranty, simply follow the steps below:

Product model (e.g., Caravan / Tiny Home)
Chassis/VIN number
Purchase date
A brief description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the defect
2. Assessment
Our team will review your information and may request additional details if needed.
3. Repair or Replacement Plan
Once confirmed that the issue is covered by this Warranty, we will
arrange a repair,
send replacement parts, or
organise another appropriate solution,
at no cost to you.
