MMY Warrenty
MMY Adventure are proud to offer our customers a 3 Year Warranty on all parts and components that are manufactured by MMY. All other parts, components or accessories fitted by MMY to the caravan or tiny home come under the warranty of our external stakeholders.

Important Warranty Information
At the time of handover, it is essential to familiarise yourself with your caravan or tiny home to help prevent any unnecessary warranty claims. Please take the time to understand its features, maintenance requirements, and proper usage to keep your caravan or tiny home in optimal condition. To ensure a smooth warranty process, please note the following:
- Warranty Claims: A 'Warranty Registration Form' must be submitted to MMY's warranty department for any claims to be recognised.
- First Point of Contact: If you experience any issues, you initial contact must be via email to the warranty department of MMY.
- Warranty Conditions: The MMY Warranty will be void if the caravan or tiny home has been abused, misused, or subjected to negligent actions resulting in damage.
